Store credits are issued for any unpacked or unused purchases returned within 7 days of purchase, with the original receipt. However, all Skinceuticals products cannot be returned and are final sales. 

How to Return?


We’ll gladly accept returns or exchanges for any purchases and will issue a full refund upon receiving your unused items within 7 of the PURCHASE date. All returns must be pre-approved by customer service.


  1. Please follow the simple instructions below

  2. Place the item into original shipper packaging.

  3. Contact our Returns Department at 1-508-283-8065 to obtain your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

  4. We will e-mail you an Electronic Return Label and a summary of the RMA transaction for your records.

  5. Take your package to the nearest USPS store. Once we receive your returned product(s), we will issue your replacement or refund immediately.
