REALR® STORE POLICY
REALR® is always buzzing, so appointments are required. We encourage you to schedule appointments well in advance, especially prior to major holidays. Please note that upon scheduling your appointment, you will be asked to provide a credit card number to guarantee your treatment. Please refer to our cancellation policy prior to reserving your appointment time. Scheduling an appointment is your acceptance of this policy.
Cancellation Policies and Fees
Your treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. For rescheduling, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance. Otherwise there will be a full charge of your service.
Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and has implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, many times our staff will be functioning in an "on-call" status and can have traveled to the medspa specifically for your service. For these reasons, we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for the lost revenue. When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card or gift certificate to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card and/or gift certificate ready when booking. You will not be billed unless there is a late cancellation or no show. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment.
After 3 times of no show of reschedule we will be required to hold $100 deposit for any appointment make in the future.
We strive to provide high quality services and products and we will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction. While we do not offer refunds on services provided, we are happy to repeat a service to your satisfaction; if you are not satisfied please contact us for further assistance. We are always here to make your experience better.
Our promotions cannot be add on together. If you have used the discount from promotional events, we cannot refund any store credit.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment, so you’ll have plenty of time to unwind and do any paperwork that may be required. Late arrivals will limit the time of your treatment, as your appointment will end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next patient’s appointment. We will do our best to accommodate you; however, in some cases it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment. In such cases, the cancellation policy will apply.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and cash. State sales tax will be charged where applicable.
Please be courteous and schedule your appointment. We work very hard to be prompt for your service, and we ask in return, that you be on time for your appointments with us. If you arrive late, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.
All Packages/Membership are only valid for one year (365days), beginning from the date when customer purchase. All Packages/Membership are not refundable and transferable. Thank you for your understanding.
Gift Cards/ Pre-Deposit
Gift cards and Pre-Deposit are not redeemable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Please note that gift cards and Pre-Deposit may not be returned or exchanged. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on Pre-Deposit or gift certificates even if lost, misplaced or stolen. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed as cash. Pre-Deposit must be mentioned prior to the treatment you made the deposit for. Gift Certificates must be mentioned when making your appointment. Gift card needs to be used within 1 year of purchase.

Personal belongings are the full responsibility of clients and should be kept in your possession at all times. REALR® is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
Lost and Found items will be dated and stored for a period of thirty (30) days. Reasonable attempts will be made to contact the owners (to the extent ownership is known) to reclaim their lost items. Items not claimed within thirty (30) days will then be discarded.
We wouldn’t be the trendsetters if we weren’t constantly expanding our services. Although we make effort on keeping our website and Medspa menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to changes at any time. We love having you as a customer, but we do reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.
