REALR® STORE POLICY
REALR® is always buzzing, so appointments are required. We encourage you to schedule appointments well in advance, especially prior to major holidays. Please note that upon scheduling your appointment, you will be asked to provide a credit card number to guarantee your treatment. Please refer to our cancellation policy prior to reserving your appointment time. Scheduling an appointment is your acceptance of this policy.
Cancellation Policies and Fees:
Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day Reschedule are subject to a cancelation fee amounting to 50 USD. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancelation fee amounting to 100 USD. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, many times our staff will be functioning in an "on call" status and can have travelled to the spa specifically for your service. For these reasons we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for the lost revenue. When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card or gift certificate to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card and/or gift certificate ready when booking. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment, so you’ll have plenty of time to unwind and do any paperwork that may be required. Late arrivals will limit the time of your treatment, as your appointment will end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next patient’s appointment. We will do our best to accommodate you; however, in some cases it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment. In such cases, the cancellation policy will apply.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and cash. State sales tax will be charged where applicable.
Please be courteous and make your scheduled appointment.
We work very hard to be prompt for your service, and we ask in return, that you be on time for your appointments with us.
If you arrive late, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.
Odds and Ends.
We wouldn’t be the trendsetters that we are if we weren’t constantly expanding our services. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time. We love having you as a customer, but we do reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.
All Packages/Membership are only valid for one year (365days), beginning from the date when customer purchase. All Packages/Membership are not refundable. Thank you for your understanding.
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. For custom gift cards, please allow 24 hours processing time. Please note that gift cards may not be returned or exchanged. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates even if lost, misplaced or stolen. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed as cash. Gift Certificates must be mentioned when making your appointment.
